PARENT CONNECT
Santa Fe ISD will provide gradebook and attendance information for parents to all of their students. Only one account per household will be allowed, and the parent making application must be listed in our student information system. However, if you are the noncustodial parent/guardian, and have rights to educational records, please contact the Parent Connect Manager or campus office for application procedures.
Parents will need to create a Parent Connect account and then add their students to the account. The District will verify parent information and approve or deny parental access. You will need to know critical information and two internal ID numbers used by the District [Student ID ("Other ID") and Security ID]. This information may be obtained from the Parent Connect Manager (for all grades) or from the High School Parent Connect contact (Dana Loop) for grades 9-12. This information will not be given out over the telephone or through e-mail.
If you had an account with Parent Connect last year (2007-08) you do not need to re-apply, just use your same user name and password. See Parent Connect FAQ for more information.

** MUST HAVE STUDENT'S - STUDENT ID # ("OTHER ID") and SECURITY ID # TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT ** Please do not try using SS# or other numbers you may think will work. You must use the numbers (District internal #'s for Parent Connect) given to you by the Parent Connect office. The use of other numbers will cause delay in the approval process and ultimately lead to denial.
